I confirm the booking details are correct and accept the cancellation policy.

A current C3 vaccination, always

Every dog needs a current C3; we strongly recommend a C5. If it lapses we can't take your dog, even at the door. We'll remind you at 30 days and again at 14.

Cancel by 7am the day before

Free, in your account, up to 7am the day before. After that the day is charged. A subscription week is charged whether or not your dog comes, at the weekly price for the days you committed to; with the same notice a day comes off it and the difference is credited back, and a week paused with a week's notice costs nothing.

If your dog needs a vet, we go

We ring you first. If we can't reach you in five minutes we take them anyway, to your vet where we can. The bill is yours.

Group daycare doesn't suit every dog

If it isn't working for yours, we'll tell you honestly and suggest what might suit them better. Nothing is charged for days you don't use.
